Timeless Colour Combo

One of my all-time favourite colour combos is red, navy and black. Last week I was walking through H&M to get to Granville Street, and I saw this beautiful stripped skirt (shop here), so I picked it up immediately imagining how and when I would wear it. There was a matching white tee right next to it, but Vancouver weather is not T-shirt ready yet, and I didn’t want to wear white with it either 😉 so I looked a bit more and found this red puffer jacket couple of racks away 🙂 (get it here).

 

I decided to complete the look with black booties, the ones I’m wearing are from Forever 21 but you can find a similar one here, although, red heels would look amazing with it as well. I Wore my cozy cap from Topshop with my favorite cut-out top from Zara under the jacket. My sunglasses here are Celine (shop similar colour here), and my bag is Chanel 🙂

Cash Your Closet

As my closet has reached its full capacity and I no longer have space for my coats and shoes, I thought it’s time to clean out and donate some stuff 🙂 But, the other day I was introduced to M Couture, an online boutique for buying and selling luxury clothing/accessories! To be honest I had visited most consignment stores here in Vancouver and I never really connected with or liked giving up my luxury items to them. One reason was that I had no control over the pricing 😦 So I thought why not give this online boutique a go 😀 To my surprise it was the easiest and fastest process ever.

I’m going to quickly walk you through it in case you are thinking about selling some of your things or maybe buy what I have uploaded for sale, haha 😉

Once you land on their homepage you click on the red “Sell” button.

You are then prompted to Sign up. I signed up with my Facebook because it’s just the fastest and easiest way 😉 After you’re signed up and confirmed your e-mail just click on the “Sell” button again, upload your product images and select the proper categories under each dropdown menu, set your desired price and you’re done! 😀 M Couture will review your product and once it’s approved, the live link of your product is e-mailed to you.

As for me I decided to sell my brand new Red Valentino maxi dress 🙂 I had only worn it once for photos and it has been sitting in my closet since. So if you had seen this on me from last spring and loved it, it’s now available here on M Couture for pretty much half the price!
